The guide wheel production process uses 35 silicon manganese raw materials to cast the wheel body and bracket. After casting, sandblasting is performed to make the appearance more refined, and then a new vertical lathe is used for processing. The rail surface is more precise and medium-frequency quenching is performed to make the guide wheel more wear-resistant during assembly. The oil seal rubber ring bushings are all made of the original standard guide shaft and are also modulated to extend the life of the guide wheel.
